This is part one in a new public slave training series, there will be a new part posted each week.

Here is a second slave training file to train with. The first is still your priority but this is a good file to mix things up.

This file will guide you into a deep sleep. If you wake up in the night just restart the file.

This video should be left on all night and will play and train you while you sleep
